Not only do we want to expose bad service and products, we want to make them better and right the wrongs one turd at a time. By posting your complaints, bad reviews and rants, you are helping to make those wrongs known. Far too often, we bite our tongues or grumble under our breath about a bad experience. How will anything get better if no one knows anything is wrong?
