AllTurdReality is not just a site for negativity. Not only do we want to expose bad service and products, we want to make them better and right the wrongs one turd at a time. By posting your complaints, bad reviews and rants, you are helping to make those wrongs known. Far too often, we bite our tongues or grumble under our breath about a bad experience. How will anything get better if no one knows anything is wrong?

He was very understanding and empathetic about the situation and made things right with the poster. Shannon also gave his cell number and email for the customer to contact him personally should anything be needed during the remainder of the stay.
