Don’t get me wrong I have no problems with any past insurance claims or problems with paying via their website. But if you for some reason need to call the billing department which is supposedly open 24hrs then you’re screwed. My question is simple and to the point. So far on the first call I made at around 7:30 pm yesterday I was on hold for almost 9 minutes with no answer and then just this morning I called around 9am’ish and was on hold for 15+ minutes with no luck once again. I’ve actually emailed them also but I have yet to hear back from them. I find it frustrating that a company of this size can have all these options to contact them but I’ve had no success.
